HOPE AACR is divided into five geographic regions. Each region has a Regional Director who is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. Crisis response teams are deployed within each region as necessary. For large scale disasters Regional Directors may ask other regions to assist by deploying teams from other regions.

New regions are formed when a sufficient number of crisis response teams are trained and certified in states that are not covered by established regions. In some cases we may divide a region to create better coverage of a geographic area.

HOPE AACR is a national, all volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
