CERT Traffic Incident Stress Debriefing (MI)

We were asked to assist the CERT's Critical Incident Debriefing Team to provide comfort to several agency members who responded to a traffic fatality. We greeted the attendees when they arrived and interacted with the dogs. This set a positive tone for the debrief. Many times during the debrief, attendees looked at Kayak while they were speaking. I think that Ky gave them the comfort needed to share their trauma.
