Eastern Region training in Virginia Beach - Community visits on Friday, May 20

Description: Library POC (Anna Lestik) met us and escorted us to a conference room where library staff came in to visit Zoey. Visit was very relaxing and enjoyable, staff wanting to sit on the floor and have petting and cuddle time with Zoey, sharing about their pets and learning about HOPE. The POC, Anna Lestik had everything so well planned and executed. Starting with the announcement communication to her team with Zoey’s photo, greeting us at the entrance and escorting us to the room, an adorable welcome sign with Zoey’s picture on the door of the conference room, the steady flow of the staff members during the visit.
