Everett Fire Department Peer Support

Description: This is a monthly ongoing request for support to the Everett Fire Department initiated by the Everett Fire Department for peer support. This is scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of each month for the next 4 months. Different Everett Fire Stations will be visited. It was obvious that the dogs were well received, many of the firefighters got down on the ground to visit the dogs. Based on some of the conversations with the firefighters, it had been a "rough day" with some medical calls that were "heavy on their minds", and some of the firefighters also commented that they had not seen some of the guys smile that much for a long time.
