Family Assistance Center following a mass shooting

A FamilyAssistance Center was set up by the American Red Cross and the FBI following a mass shooting in Highland Park, Illinois. Our teams were stationed by people who were waiting to receive mental health counseling. In addition later in the week, another center was set up for the Latino population.
