FL Governor's Hurricane Conference - West Palm Beach, FL

Description:

Attended the FL Governor's Hurricane Conf. representing HOPE AACR as a member of the FL VOAD. There were approx. 2,000 attendees. HOPE shared a booth with FL VOAD in the exhibit hall for 1.5 days. Attended workshops such as "PAWsitive Information about Service Animals", "Emotional and Spiritual Care: Before, During and After", and "Meeting Human Needs After Catastrophes - Hurricane Michael". Conference was held May 12th - May 17 and is held annually. There were Many, Many Training Sessions and Workshops that could be attended.
