Start Date: 2022-04-26Description: Sailor attempted suicide - was found by fellow sailors who called 911 and observed resuscitation efforts made by EMTs . Sailors from group stood watch at hospital all night. The sailor survived through heroic medical intervention. His friends returned to work. Hoot and I met those sailors affected by this event in a conference room and then in a more general environment in a non-secure building where soldiers are assigned while transitioning out of the Navy.
