Indiana Flood-Sandbag Party

Description: White river has flooded 2nd highest water levels in the measured state history. Several counties declared flood disaster areas. Over 200 people (DOC, CERT & volunteers filled Sandbags. Charlie was at the rest /medical tent to give support and a dig in the sand if needed.
