HOPE was asked to supply support to the Orange County Fire Authority dispatchers due to the stress of their job. Sequoia and Henry did their best to alleviate their stress during this visit. During our visit, one dispatcher had just learned of her Grandmothers death. We also listen to one dispatcher give CPR instructions to a caller. These men and women are under a tremendous amount of stress day in and day out. After both day shifts and night shifts were visited, we left the facility.
