PLU Student Suicide Support for Football Team and General Student Staff Population

Description: Student was a member of the football team. We were asked to be there to support the team after practice and then go to the main square for student and staff interaction with the canine teams. There were numerous interactions with coaching staff, team, students and staff. It went really well and the dogs were very appreciated. It was a wet and cold day. Initially, we were outside at the field but then moved into the field house. After concluding there we walked to Red Square and operated under a big tent where students and staff walked through while going about campus. The three dog teams were solid as were their handlers.
