Last year there were 3 suicides and the Hope dogs were deployed. This year the guidance department wanted to be proactive and bring the dogs in for destressing at finals. The dogs were in the guidance counselor's office. Students were invited to participate with teacher permission. We also were in the hallway at class passing time where many students and staff interacted with the dogs.
