Richmond Hills Explosion follow up. INDIANA

Description: Indiana HOPE teams were requested to attend the “thank you dinner” for first responders with the Richmond Hills explosion from November of 2012. We were able to meet with several people from before-and comments about the dogs and HOPE being present, i.e. actually giving HOPE.
