Safe Passage

Description: Lucas and I went for our scheduled regular visit to Safe Passage. I was told that there would be an 8 year old, a 5 year old and a 3 year old. The 8 year old, a little girl, was our first visitor. She was absolutely adorable, very well spoken, and very engaging. She loved being with Lucas and wanted him to participate in all her activities from playing house, building with legos, playing with action figures and even coloring! She asked what tricks Lucas does and she helped work through each one of them. When she was called out for her interview she did not want to go. Her father had to coax her out of the room. We assured her that Lucas would be waiting for her when she returned. Then she reluctantly went. When she returned she was so excited to see Lucas and resumed her interactions with him. The 5 and 3 year old were there as well and all the kids interacted with Lucas and had him play hide and seek with them. as well as other games. All the kids really seemed to enjoy having Lucas there. The staff and the parents did as well.
