Spokane Regional Emergency Communications Center

Description: Went to the 911 center on Saturday Oct 17th at 10:00 AM, called Jayme and she came opened the door and escorted me into the building, we visit the dispatchers in the 911 center, waiting for some to get off the phone. Was fairly quiet at the time so they were all able to visit with Roxy and let us know how appreciative they were that we were there. We then went to the Fire Department area and visited with their operators, again things were fairly slow so they were all able to visit with Roxy. They were talking about how busy it had been during the Malden fires and how they have a structure to call in people when they need them. Talked with Jayme about how stressful the new 911 system has been for the operators along with covid. They were very appreciative of the dog visits
