Student Death (MI)

A May, 2019, graduate of Les Cheneaux High School was killed in a motor vehicle accident. HOPE teams were requested by the Intermediate School District Crisis Response Team as well as the High School. Teams responded and did a "meet and greet" as students entered the building. Later one team staged in the resource center while another team visited classrooms. This was a small school and K-12 were contained in one building. Students from the various grades visited the dogs in the learning center.
