2021 Rising Waters Recovery Tabletop Exercise

This was a virtual tabletop exercise involving approximately twenty-five emergency response agencies from the State of Michigan. The exercise involved a response to catastrophic flooding across the state. It was presented in three modules: Recovery Transition, Intermediate Recovery, and Long Term Recovery. Each participating agency discussed how they could be involved in each recovery phase. HOPE's mission was shared and our deployment protocol discussed. There were three HOPE teams that were present and prepared to do a virtual visit.
