Student Death

Description:

A former student at the school passed away (gunshot). He was popular and known by many at the school and his sister attends the school. It is a small, tight knit community. We visited five classrooms and the kids were very happy to see the dogs. There were about 80 kids/teachers. After the classrooms, we visited with the sister one-on-one in the social workers office. This was a nice quiet time; she sat on the floor with the dogs and had some great quality time. Hugs all around when we left.
