17th Annual Soccer Fest for special athletes

We were asked to attend the 17th Annual TOPSoccer Fest for Special Needs adults and children. This was a community event hosted by the local JUSA soccer teams. We were asked to give comfort in the "sensory" area of the event. Our job was to help those who might become overwhelmed with the days activities There were a lot of challenges for the dogs. It was very warm, lots of distractions, lots of challenging visits and we encountered a sports mascot in full costume. All the dogs did very well with all the distractions and visits.
