My meeting with Chief Balcaen and Deputy Chief Lewis was the culmination of a number of months of research, and contacts with potential agencies. I am HOPEful this meeting will be the start of a working relationship with Brandon Police Services which will lead to us eventually having dogs eligible for and successful in a HOPE workshop. See attached report for details.
